I’m already a 2MHost customer. How do I get support?

Use the Help Desk. Every account, billing, and technical request, including migrations, upgrades, and cancellations, should go through a ticket so it’s logged against your account and routed to the right team. Sign in and you have ticket access 24/7. The message form on this page is meant for people who don’t have an account yet.

How fast will I hear back?

Most tickets and messages get a reply within minutes. Anything affecting live website is treated as priority. Because the Help Desk threads every reply onto your account, you’ll always have the full back-and-forth in one place, no lost email chains.

Can I ask questions before I sign up?

Absolutely. Pre-sales questions, plan comparisons, and “will this work for my site?” are exactly what the message form above is for. If you already host with us, please open a ticket instead so it’s tied to your account.

Do you help me move my site over?

We can copy your hosting account including files, e-mails and databases directly and as is from your current web hosting provider to your 2MHost account if your original hosting account uses cPanel™, still active (i.e not suspended) and you have the correct username and password.

If the above conditions apply, then you can contact us using the form above and provide us with your old hosting account username and password (cPanel logins). Place the hosting order and we will take care of copying your website, e-mail and databases for you.
