If you are getting this error when using Paypal:
"Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time. Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."
Then try this method:
1. First, Choose Credit card as payment method and press "complete order".
2. Then, in the popup payment screen, choose Paypal as payment method.
3. Pay using Paypal as usual.
